The open-plan living and dining area is finished to a high standard and forms the heart of the apartment. A fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a comfortable chaise-longue sofa create a welcoming atmosphere for relaxed and sociable hours.
Floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the balcony naturally extend the living space outdoors. The fully glazed balcony railing opens up unobstructed views over Hinterglemm and lets inside and outside visually merge. Comfortable balcony seating invites you to start the day with a coffee, breathe in the fresh mountain air and watch the opposite mountain slope come to life.
Design and materials follow a reduced, timeless approach – functional, high-quality and built to last.
Two bedrooms accommodate up to five guests and feature comfortable JOKA box-spring beds. The viscoelastic memory-foam topper supports recovery after active days in the mountains – and the fresh alpine air does the rest.
It’s also a place to step back from the group – to read, listen to an audiobook, or simply take a short break.
Since privacy matters for families and friends alike, each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. This creates separate, personal retreat areas.
What makes your own sauna special is the private use: the Swiss pine sauna is exclusively available to guests of Apartment Falke and can be integrated flexibly into your day – as mindful recovery after sports in the mountains or as a relaxing break on quieter days.
As a classic Finnish sauna, it can be adjusted to personal preferences. Temperatures between 60 and 90 °C as well as a selection of infusion aromas allow different intensities – from gentle relaxation to deep regeneration.
After your sauna session, the balcony offers a special way to cool down: the crisp mountain air, the wide views over Hinterglemm and the calm atmosphere create a natural contrast to the warmth of the sauna. Whether relaxing in a comfortable chair or leaning on the balcony railing – take in the panorama and let the moment linger.

The apartment’s outdoor area includes a balcony with seating. It extends your living space and offers even more opportunities to let your gaze wander across Hinterglemm.

The apartment includes a private, lockable compartment for ski and bike equipment. Expensive gear is stored securely and always within easy reach – without carrying it into the apartment. More information: “Is there a storage area for my skis or bicycle?” .
