The open-plan living and dining area is finished to a high standard and forms the heart of the apartment. A fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a comfortable sofa with chaise longue create a pleasant setting for relaxed and sociable moments.
With direct access outdoors, the living space naturally extends outside: depending on the season, the terrace and garden become additional places to spend time together.
Design and materials follow a reduced, timeless design concept – functional, high-quality and built for durability.
The two bedrooms accommodate up to five guests and are furnished with comfortable JOKA box-spring beds. The viscoelastic memory foam topper provides gentle pressure relief and supports recovery after active days in the mountains. In addition, the cool mountain air contributes to a pleasant indoor climate, supporting restful sleep and a refreshing start to the day.
Each bedroom features its own en-suite shower room. The combination of sleeping and bathing areas creates personal retreats – particularly practical for families and convenient for friends. This way, everyone has their own private space.
The rooms also offer space for mindful downtime – whether for reading, a short break in between activities, or simply to step away from shared time for a moment.
What makes the private spa special is its exclusive use: the outdoor hot tub and Swiss stone pine sauna are reserved solely for guests of the garden apartment Stein.
The outdoor hot tub makes the surroundings tangible: weather, temperature and the seasons become part of the experience. In winter, the constant warmth of the water creates a pleasant contrast to the cool mountain air; with a bit of luck, soft snowflakes fall quietly around you. The view extends to the ski slope and the opposite mountainside; on clear nights, the starry sky arches overhead. In the warmer months, guests enjoy the fresh mountain air, longer evenings and being outdoors – ideal for winding down at the end of the day or taking a conscious break in between.
The spa area can be flexibly integrated into your daily routine – as mindful recovery after sporting activities or as a relaxing break on quieter days. It also pairs well with a drink.

The outdoor area of the apartment includes your private garden as well as a terrace with a BBQ area and outdoor dining space. Both extend the living space outdoors and provide room for shared meals and relaxed hours in the open air.
During the summer months, a trampoline is available in the garden – for movement and fun for children and adults alike.

The apartment includes a private, lockable storage unit for skis and bikes. Valuable equipment is therefore stored securely and readily accessible at any time – without bringing it into the apartment. Further information can be found under “Is there storage for my skis or bike?” .
